As a professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Hankyong National University, I have conducted research for 13 years on the functional components of Baeknyeoncho, also known as prickly pear cactus.
Based on these research achievements, Nectarbio was established as a functional vinegar company dedicated to realizing the philosophy of “Health Found in Nature.”
Nectarbio scientifically studies the antioxidant components and bioactivity of Baeknyeoncho and applies them through low-temperature fermentation technology and an additive-free principle.
